Who is the course suitable for?

The syllabus provides an introduction to food safety suitable for those who may not be preparing food every day as part of their work and may not have had any previous formal training. It contributes towards due diligence on the part of the employee and employer.

15 multiple choice exam leading to CIEH certification.

When will participants have to attend?

The course is designed to be carried out at the client’s premises, or external venue by prior arrangement.

All our Health and Safety tutors are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and are holders of the 'Professional Trainers Certificate'.

Each successful participant will receive a nationally recognised certificate of competence from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

Each course is designed for up to 12 participants. All costs are exclusive of VAT charged at 17.5%
